Entry
Conditions for participation
All participants must be a member of one of TCFE’s national member organizations. The registration for the competition must be done through this member organization.
The registration and payment must have arrived at the organizers no later than the 19th of September 2008. Do not forget that it will take some time for your national member organization to process your registration too, so the last date for you to register might be at least a couple of weeks earlier. Please check this with your national member organization to avoid any problems.
If you live in a European country without an organization that is a member of TCFE, you might be interested in starting such an organization. You can find more information about how this is done at the TCFE website.
Registration procedure
- Each participant shall fill out the online entry form: Online entry form
- This web based entry form will generate a summary in plain text that the participants will send by email to the representative of their national TCFE member organization, along with the payment.
- The organization representative will collect all received entry forms and fill out a summary form. The sumary form can be downloaded here: OpenOffice | MS Office | PDF
- When all entry forms has been received the representative will send the summary form to the organizers by email (info@sweopen.se), and transfer the total amount for all participants to the bank account of STQA:

Note: The registration and payment must have arrived at the swedish organizers no later than the 19th of September 2008. It is the responsibility of the national TCFE member organizations to set suitable deadlines for their members to be able to achieve this.
Entry fee
The basic entry fee is 200 SEK and this covers participation and one event. Each additional event is 70 SEK. Please fill out the online entry form and it will calculate the total cost of participation.
If you wish to participate in the banquette, or sleep in the training hall during the event, even though you will not participate in the actual competition, you must still use the entry form for participants.

Visa
For those that need visa to travel to Sweden we will send a visa invitation to the Swedish embassy in your country. Please contact them early and ask exactly what information they need. We will need to know at least the following to be able to make the invitation:
- The names of all guests
- If you have more than one Swedish embassy/Consulate in your country we need to know which one to contact.
The type of visa granted for events of this type is usually a 10-day visa. Please state which dates you like to be here in Sweden. Otherwise we default to 5th-14th of November.
Please make sure the lists of names is complete and correct before sending it to us. Changes to the visa invitations takes a lot of our time and resources.
It is perfectly fine to send us one list for each group that will travel together or apply for the visa together.
